OVERVIEW
I am a lecturer in Human Resource Management. I earned my PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2017, MSc from Widener University in 1995, and BSc from Indiana University in 1992. I led and contributed to a few research projects, focusing on areas such as innovation in zakat compliance for cryptocurrency, transformational creativity, and organizational structures. My research spans topics such as job characteristics, creative behavior, and performance management in HR. I have also presented my work at international conferences and contributed chapters to books on contemporary human resource management issues. My accomplishments include receiving a copyright for “Effective Negotiation Module" in 2019 from the Malaysian Intellectual Property Corporation (MyIPO).
