Dr. Syazwani Binti Yahaya is a Senior Lecturer and researcher at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), with a PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS) and over ten years of academic and professional experience in e-business, e-commerce, and mobile commerce (m-commerce). Her work has been widely published in high-impact, internationally indexed journals and scholarly publications, and her research and academic contributions have been recognised through multiple awards. She has also collaborated on international research grants, contributing to cross-border research collaboration and knowledge exchange. She is an Executive Board Member of Persatuan Penyelidik-Penyelidik Malaysia dalam Persekitaran-Perilaku Manusia (https://www.amerabra.org/), an organisation actively promoting research through international and local academic conferences, scholarly publications, and academic events held in various international destinations, including London, Morocco, South Korea, Bangkok, Bali, and other locations. Through her academic and professional engagements, she contributes to research collaboration, conference organisation, postgraduate supervision, academic reviewing, and the dissemination of research through internationally recognised scholarly outlets.
