I work as a senior lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia's (UUM) School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management (STHEM). I graduated with the Graduate on Time (GOT) award and the Best Thesis Award from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) with a PhD in Tourism Management, focusing on food tourism, culinary arts, hospitality, and gastronomic tourism. My academic interests include how food experiences and digital environments influence traveler behavior. Through my research and teaching, I promote Malaysia's rich culinary heritage and advance our understanding of food tourism.
