Dr. Zeittey Karmilla Kaman is an experienced Resident Faculty member at the OYAGSB, UUM KL Campus, specializing in Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Sustainability, with a focused research agenda on Energy Management, Social Innovation, and Socioeconomic Studies. She has made significant academic contributions, evidenced by numerous publications in high-impact journals, frequent presentations at international conferences, and substantial success in securing major national and international grants, including Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia FRGS and TRGS research grants, TNB Seeding Fund, and the MIGHT-UNIDO GEF6 Smart Grid project. Her practical influence is underscored by the successful delivery of national policy guidelines, such as the ‘Smart Grid Regulatory Framework’ and the ‘Socioeconomic Impact Assessment of Dam Failure Policy Guideline,’ to the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA). Dr. Zeittey also holds three (3) Intellectual Property Rights, reflecting her active involvement in research and commercialization efforts. In her current role, Dr. Zeittey is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in CSR, Energy Management and Sustainability. She actively supervises Master’s, PhD, and Doctor of Management candidates. Her commitment to advancing knowledge in energy management, sustainability, and social innovation continues to make a significant impact on academic, industry and communities.
