OVERVIEW
Dr. Kalai Selvan Arumugham is a Senior Lecturer at the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). Before join UUM he was attached with Malaysia Ministry of Education (MOE). He is in the fields of Curriculum and Instruction. Kalai's researches mainly focus on the Curriculum and Instruction, Assessment in Teaching and Learning and Qualitative Research Methodology. He is active researcher and writer and his latest research is Classroom Based Assessment. He has received several awards from MOE. He has been conducting many trainings for educational organizations especially schools under MOE.
