I am a Lecturer at the School of Economics, Finance and Banking, Universiti Utara Malaysia. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the same university, where my research focused on how mental disorders and chronic diseases affect productivity among working adults in Malaysia.
My main research areas are health economics, labour productivity, and social well-being—especially how mental health and non-communicable diseases impact work performance and the economy. I aim to support inclusive, evidence-based policies, especially for developing countries like Malaysia.
