Dr. Siti Aishah Edros is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management (STHEM), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hotel Management) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Master of Human Resource Management from UUM. She earned her PhD in Hotel and Tourism Management from UiTM in August 2022.
Dr. Siti Aishah is actively involved in teaching, research, innovation, and academic writing, focusing on hospitality management, organizational behavior, leadership, food and beverage management, homestay operations, and human resource issues in the hospitality and tourism industry.
She is also active in innovation projects and frequently serves as a jury member for innovation competitions at international, national, and university levels. Before joining UUM, she served for eleven (11) years as a lecturer at polytechnics and community colleges in the field of hospitality.
