Prof. Madya Ts. Dr. Irwan Mahazir Bin Ismail is a distinguished academic with a strong interdisciplinary background, holding a PhD in Information Technology and Resource (UKM, 2015) and a Master's degree in Technical Education (Instructional Design & Technology) (UTHM, 2010). His core expertise spans eight critical areas, demonstrating a profound specialization in contemporary learning methodologies, including Instructional Design, Online Learning (ODL), Mobile Learning, MOOC, and Gamification.
