Dr. Muhammad Fadzly Bin Zakaria is a dynamic professional with a diverse background spanning business administration, public service, risk management, and consultancy. Dr. Fadzly brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to every endeavor. Throughout his career, Dr. Fadzly has excelled in leadership roles, demonstrating a keen ability to drive projects to success. As the Special Officer to the Deputy Chief Minister of Penang, he played a pivotal role in managing critical initiatives such as the "Penang2030 Coop Grant Fund," aimed at empowering cooperative initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to his public service role, Dr. Fadzly held positions at the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) and TERAJU Bumiputera Corporation, where he focused on risk management, investment analysis, and fostering entrepreneurial development. His contributions facilitated the growth of numerous Bumiputera companies and attracted significant investment to the Northern Region of Malaysia. Dr. Fadzly's expertise extends to the private sector, where he gained valuable experience as an SAP Consultant at HCL Axon. In this role, he honed his technical skills while contributing to the implementation of SAP projects across various modules, including Finance and Controlling (FICO), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Sales and Distribution (SD). As a Chairman of Koperasi Komuniti Pulau Pinang Selatan Berhad and Koperasi Keluarga Musa Itam Pulau Pinang Berhad, he continues to drive community development initiatives, further showcasing his dedication to creating positive impact at both local and regional levels.
