Dr. Yeap Sock Beei is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Education, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), specializing in educational management and leadership, with a strong focus on higher education and teacher education. Her academic work centers on advancing research and practice in educational leadership and the development of effective teacher education frameworks that support quality teaching and learning.
At UUM, Dr. Yeap currently serves as the Director of the Institute of Excellence Teachers and Leaders in Education (IETLE). She previously served as the Manager for the Strategic Planning and Documentation Committee from 2024 to 2025.
Her research interests primarily focus on educational management and leadership, as well as teacher education. Through her scholarly work and leadership roles, Dr. Yeap is committed to enhancing educational quality, promoting leadership excellence, and contributing to the advancement of teacher and leadership development in higher education.
