Dr. Nurul Jawahir Md Ali is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Education, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), specializing in Educational Management. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), where she also obtained her Master’s degree in the same field. Her research interests include educational leadership and school management, with particular attention to leadership practices and organizational dynamics in schools. She is also actively involved in community-based initiatives through service learning projects, aiming to bridge theory and practice while contributing to the development of future educators and school leaders.
