Nur Fariha Mohd Noor (Ph.D) is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Government, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She obtained her Bachelor of Administrative Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kedah in 2009, a Master of Public Administration from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2010, and a Ph.D from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, in 2023. She began her academic career in 2011 at UiTM Kedah and later joined UUM in the same year. Her areas of expertise include organisational development, mentoring and learning organisations. She is actively involved in research and academic writing and has led several research grants, including those funded by the Ministry of Higher Education as well as community-based grants, in addition to collaborative research projects with industry partners. She was also the recipient of the Gold Award in the Research Article Competition in Business and Management Studies in 2025.
