OVERVIEW
Dr. Nik Fatinah Binti N. Mohd Farid is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Computing, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a Ph.D. in Health Informatics from the University of Leeds, UK, which she completed in 2023. Her educational background includes a Master's Degree in Science Computer from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2014 and a Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same institution in 2012. Dr. Nik Fatinah is primarily focused on data informatics research, with a strong preference for healthcare datasets. Her expertise lies in utilizing process mining and data mining techniques, which she honed during her time as a research fellow at the Bradford Health Research Institute. Currently, her research areas include data analytics in media and communications, as well as community healthcare. She is dedicated to contributing to and sharing her knowledge in these fields, making her a valuable asset in the realm of health informatics and data analytics.
