I am Dr. Muhammad Zulqarnain Arshad, an academic and researcher specializing in strategic management and human resource management. With a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, I currently serve as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business Management. I bring extensive experience in teaching and supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate students across subjects such as strategic management, business ethics, and research methods, along with the additional responsibility of coordinating the BBA program.
My research focuses on transformational leadership, SME performance, and sustainability, with numerous publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals. I also actively contribute to the academic community through editorial and advisory board roles for international journals, and I supervise a number of Ph.D. students. My work has been recognized and supported by grants, including a significant FRGS grant in Malaysia.
Beyond teaching and research, I have organized and participated in academic workshops and conferences, fostering research engagement and development among postgraduate students. I am proficient in statistical analysis tools like Smart PLS and SPSS, and adept with digital learning platforms, allowing me to blend innovative research and impactful teaching in my work.
