Mrs. SITI AMINAH BINTI HASBULLAH (h.aminah@uum.edu.my) is a lecturer at the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management (STHEM), Universiti Utara Malaysia. She graduated her first degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia with Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) on 2010. She had a few years of industrial experience in hotel line before she decided to be an academician in Universiti Utara Malaysia. Most of her experiences are from food preparation, F&B service and F&B entrepreneurship. She joins UUM on 2012 to be a Catering Instructor. On 2017, she obtained her Master in Business Administration (MBA) Specialized in Tourism and Hospitality. On 2021, she was appointed as a Lecturer in STHEM. She is been teaching in classes related to food preparation and F&B in STHEM. Most of the subjects are Principal Food Preparation, Commercial Food Preparation and Food and Beverages Services. Other than teaching in normal classes, she also one of the supervisors in STHEM for internship and academic research for undergraduates. Her research interest is basely on Gastronomy, Culinary, F&B Service and Entrepreneurship. She also always been invited to be an instructor in providing workshops related with Food Preparation and Pastry products.
