OVERVIEW
I started my journey in University Utara Malaysia in 1995. I was a matriculation student here (UUM campus) and complete the course in 1996. Since I have taken the matriculation course here in UUM, I continue my degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from 1996-1998. Creativity and innovation are two important words in teaching and learning, as well as in supervision and assessment. For me, creativity is so abstract. One may turn things upside-down to be creative. I believe that creativity is something one can learn. Meanwhile innovation goes beyond creativity, which outcomes certain added value.
