Dr. Izatul Husna binti Zakaria is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Technology Management & Logistics, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a PhD in Technology, Operations & Logistics Management and specializes in logistics, transport economics, gig work, and sustainable supply chains. Her ongoing research, funded by the Ministry of Higher Education under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS), focuses on developing a human workforce strategy to support people with disabilities (PWDs) in the logistics gig economy. She has received multiple accolades, including Best Paper and Innovation Awards, and actively publishes on green supply chains and SME operations.
