Ming-Pey, Lu, is a senior lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia. Her research focuses on consumer behaviour, digital financial services, digital financial inclusion, financial wellbeing, ESG, and financial market. She has presented papers at conferences, published papers in journals, reviewed papers and articles for journals and conferences, and been an invited speaker. She has received funding from the Ministry of Higher Education, universities, and industry agencies for her research. Before her academic career, she gained industry experience in an investment bank.
