She is a senior lecturer at the Islamic Business School, holding a bachelor's degree in Applied Science with Islamic Studies and a Ph.D. in the field of Fiqh Social Science, both from the University of Malaya. Her expertise in halal management and halal science. Appointed as a halal instructor by JAKIM, she is actively involved in various industries, providing training in halal awareness, halal competency, executive halal training, and more. She also engages with industries in the halal certification application process. At the Islamic Business School, she teaches halal subjects and contributes to the development of COPPA for undergraduate programs in halal management. Furthermore, she holds two professional certificates from JAKIM: Certificate of Halal Executive and the Certificate of Internal Halal Audit.
