Mat Rahimi Yusof is a senior lecturer of educational leadership at the School of Education Universiti Utara Malaysia. He has been in the field of education for more than 20 years and has experience in teaching and learning and school administration. His research interest is educational leadership, school management, digital technology, and communication. He is also interested in model testing using structural equation modeling, especially AMOS. Since 2019 he has published more than 20 refereed papers.
