OVERVIEW
I am a lecturer who has expertise in the field of industrial relations. I have an academic background namely diploma in human resources, bachelor of human resource management, master of human resource management and doctor of philosophy in human resource management. I also have 6 years of experience working in the industry where I held a position in the human resources department. In addition, 4 years in the academic field as a lecturer. In serving as a lecturer at UUM, I am also involved in several research related to the field of human resources and industrial relations such as human resource research at CIDB, case study research of industrial relations in several companies in Malaysia and entrepreneurship research. While in writing journals and articles, I have also written several articles related to the field of human resources and industrial relations such as organizational politics, HR sustainability, discrimination, organizational justice and others. I was also entrusted to hold several positions at the university such as curriculum coordinator (entrepreneurship) and deputy director at the university’s entrepreneurship institute. In addition, I was also appointed to serve as an internal advisor for Diploma in Industrial Relations program at DMDI college, Melaka.
