Dr. Houcine Meddour is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He obtained his master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) in 2011 and his Ph.D. in HRM in 2017 from UUM. Since joining the School of Business Management at UUM in 2018, he has been supervising research activities in HRM and teaching a variety of courses to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. These courses include Human Resource Management, Employee Performance Management, Training and Development, Organizational Behavior, Managing Change and Communication, and Human Resource Management from an Islamic Perspective. His research interests lie in Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Knowledge Management, and Human Resource Development. Dr. Meddour has also contributed to several research projects and published numerous journal articles and conference papers at both international and local levels.
