Dr. Muhamad Ali Imran Kamarudin is an associate professor at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), specializing in entrepreneurship and business management. His academic and professional expertise spans a broad spectrum, including family business, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), microenterprise development, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial training and capacity building, social and community-based entrepreneurship, and franchise business management. His research interests are deeply rooted in the advancement of SMEs and microenterprises within community settings, the design and evaluation of entrepreneurship education programs, strategic development of entrepreneurial training initiatives, and the governance and sustainability of franchise businesses. Dr. Ali’s work bridges academic theory with practical application, contributing to policy discourse and community impact through inclusive, innovation-driven approaches.
