I'm Dr. Norshafizah Binti Hanafi, graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration (UUM), a Master in Business Administration (UUM), and my degree is a Bachelor in Accounting with Hons (UKM). I'm a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) with a certified Chartered Accountant and graduate Management Accountant (CMA, Monash, Australia). I have experience as an accountant for 8 years, lead consultant in accounting systems for 3 years, financial analyst in the global finance department at Hewlett Packard for 3 years, and as a senior lecturer at UUM for 3 years until the present. I teach many undergraduate and postgraduate subjects at UUM, as well as other universities. I have published journals since 2013 on entrepreneurial orientation, business performance, competitive advantage, education, finance, business management, psychology, and well-being. My journal is published in WOS, Scopus index, My Cited, and Open Access. I've been attending and presenting papers at international and national conferences every year since 2014. I'm also appointed as an internal and external examiner for PhD, doctorate, master's, and degree students. Through research grants from universities, private entities, and the government, I'm previously working on the development of accounting report, handlings and reporting, burnout among secondary school teachers in Malaysia, and entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation, and business performances of women SMEs in Malaysia: legal issues as a moderator. I’m winning an award for the best paper, the best presentation, excellent parents, and excellent industry grants. Currently, I'm working on the consultations and grant from UUM (SOTL -Fostering critical thinking via Socratic dialogue among entrepreneurial development students), UPM - TSIS (A Study of Marital Stability and Divorce in Terengganu), and the Ministry of Economic (Strengthening Malaysia's Economic Competitiveness through Strategic Industry-Academia Partnerships and Cross-Disciplinary Education Initiatives in Higher Education).
