My interest lies in: 1) Diplomacy history that focusing on the significant of international summit meeting in dealing with international issue/problem. I have done a research about the significant of Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) experience in resolving and dealing with the important issue that happened since 1966 to 1979 in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe. This issue was attracted the world attention on how CHOGM yet continue to survive as the international summit meeting even though this crucial issue about Rhodesia was nearly torn apart the relation among the Commonwealth members mainly from the African country with the British government. My finding yet has made a conclusion that national interest between the two parties were the main resolution for them to make an agreement rather than a rift. 2) Local history mainly I interested to explore the beginning of Malays traditional kingdom and sultanate as the fundamental studies to understand the beginning of traditional administration. I have explored Kedah traditional kingdom/sultanate on the significant of her sovereignty and legitimation. 3) I am also interested in heritage studies, especially Malay Heritage Food in Kedah. I have conducted research on Heritage Food, especially Kuih Warisan Melayu Kedah. Besides that I have done my research about the useful of Youtube in arising youth patriotism.
