Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Fadhilah binti Mat Yamin is a faculty member at the School of Technology Management & Logistics, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a PhD in Technology Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), a Master’s degree in Information Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from UUM.
Dr. Fadhilah’s expertise lies in technology management, with a particular focus on the societal impact of technology, especially in addressing the Digital Divide and advancing inclusive technological development. Her research examines how digital technologies influence knowledge access, user capability, and socio-economic outcomes across diverse communities and sectors.
She has led and contributed to numerous research projects at national, international, and institutional levels, including initiatives on sustainable ICT, digital inclusion, and community-based technology interventions. Her work consistently emphasizes the role of technology in enhancing community development, reducing inequality, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
In addition to her research, Dr. Fadhilah actively contributes to the academic and professional community as a keynote speaker, reviewer, jury member, and technical committee member for various conferences and scholarly platforms. She is committed to advancing the field of technology management through impactful research, meaningful community engagement, and the promotion of sustainable and inclusive technological practices.
