I'm an academician in public university with main interest in public sector management. Most of my research and publications focused on human resource management in governmental setting. Managing change, new public management and career choice are part of my research activities. Others, include service delivery in Malaysian public service, local government management and public administration reform. I have good supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork skills. I was appointed as Editorial Boards member in international journal and as a Chief Editor for Journal of Governance and Development (JGD), UUM. Vast experience as undergradute and postgradaute lecturer in subjets such as Public Management, Human Resource Auditing, Human Capital Management, Local Government Management, Career Management, Human Relations in Administration and many more. I also authored several academic module, book and chapters in academic book related to public management and human resource management.
