Che Engku Mansoor Che Engku Ismail is a senior lecturer at the School of Economics, Finance and Banking, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He received his first degree in Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) from the Universiti Utara Malaysia in 1994 and graduated his Master of Arts in Economic and Social Studies from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom in 1996. In 2001, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of UUM Co-Curriculum Centre (academic affairs) for three years. He has extensive teaching experience in Macroeconomics, Microeconomics and Managerial Economics. He has written and translated several text books related to those economic subjects. His research interests fall into the fields of monetary and international economics and he has also involved in several consultation projects.
