Fahainis Mohd. Yusof is a senior lecturer at the School of Education and Modern Languages, Universiti Utara Malaysia, where she teaches Organizational Behaviour in Education and TESL pedagogy courses. I am interested in teacher education especially teacher communication skills and strategies in ESL context. In addition, most of the FRGS grants that I secured were qualitative research. My main research interests are in the areas of the teacher communication and qualitative research. My current research focuses on the quality and standard teacher in high performing schools in Malaysia.
