I am an Educational Practices, which has an experience more than 20 years in education sector. During that period, I have served my excellent services in College, School and Education Training Teacher before becoming a UUM lecturer. I am interested in strategic management and quality management in education. So far, I have received many grants from College, University and also from Ministry of Higher Education (FRGS) for research work in issues relating to education. Right now, I am currently completing the prototype grant (PRGS) and pre-commercialization grant with the project titled "Quality Improvement and Accreditation System in Managing Childcare Center in Malaysia Using e-QIAS". Now, I move one step ahead by getting the Translational Grant in order to implement the knowledge transfer into the educational practice in focusing the quality of childcare center in Malaysia.
