Shahrin Saad is a lecturer at the Marketing Department, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He has experienced in teaching and was involved in marketing area at hotel industry for almost 10 years. He is actively writing and publishing articles in journals and proceedings. He is responsible for teaching several courses at the university level as the main medium of marketing, marketing management and service marketing. He also specializes and focuses on research in strategic marketing, hospitality marketing and hospitality strategy.
