Dr. Zuaini Ishak, is an Associate Professor at College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting), Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University, USA; Master of Science (Accounting) from University of Missouri- Kansas City, USA and a Doctorate degree (PhD) from Southampton University, UK. She joined UUM as a lecturer in 1990. Her areas of interest are corporate governance, company secretarial practices, corporate social responsibility, corporate diversification and financial reporting.
