OVERVIEW
In 1988, I started my career at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) as an Assistant Administrative Officer. Presently as an associate professor at School of Business Management, UUM, I teach Organizational Behavior, Seminar in Management Thought, Dynamics of Business, and Research Methodology. My research interests are in the area of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work ethic. I have received research grants from the Ministry of Education for research project in issues relating to management. My research works have appeared in various national and international refereed journals such as Jurnal Pengurusan Awam, INTAN Management Journal, International Journal of Innovation, Management and Technology The Journal of Global Business Management, and The Journal of Human Resource and Adult Learning.
