Mej. Ts. Nor Hissam Bin Sulaiman received his early education in Klang, Selangor. Arrives from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, with Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hon) Broadcasting (UiTM), and Master of Science (Information Management) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam. He has extensive expertise and experience in Broadcasting, Filming, Mass Communication, Multimedia Production, and Information Communication Technology (ICT). Previously served as Assistant Producer in TV3 Department of Entertainment from 1998-2000, Lecturer in the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam from 2001-2003, and Visiting Lecturer at the School of Social Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) in 2002. Currently works as a Senior Lecturer under the School of Creative Industry Management and Performing Arts (SCIMPA), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). At the same time as an Inviting Lecturer for Open University Malaysia (OUM), Alor Star started from 2006 to the present. He has published over 10 publications under Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP), UUM Press, and Univision Press. He has undertaken consultation projects with the Ministry of Defense (MINDEF), the Ministry of Education (MoE), Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC), Kris Motion Pictures, FINAS, ASTRO TV-Alhijrah, and Akademi Binaan Malaysia (ABM). Successfully created THREE (3) Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) in collaboration with NISSAN Tan Chong Motor (2006 & 2007) through the program entitled 'Independence Day'. Received recognition as a Professional Technology Specialist in Telecommunications and Broadcasting from the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT) with the title of 'Ts' (Technologist Specialist) in 2018, and is an Associate Member of the Film Directors Association of Malaysia (FDAM). He is also a Senior Army Officer for the Reserve Officers Training Unit (ROTU/PALAPES), UUM and the Rejimen Askar Wataniah (RAW).
