OVERVIEW

Holds a bachelor degree and PhD in Public Management specialising in human resource management and development. Participated in presenting and publishing papers in conference proceedings and journals locally and internationally. Honoured to win two gold medals in National Innovation & Invention Competition through Exhibition (iCompEx’16- National Level) and one silver medal in EUREKA Innovation Exhibition (EIE 2016- International Level). Interested in performance management issues generally and performance appraisal specifically. Completed research project under GSGSG Postgraduate Development Incentive Scheme Research Grant.
