OVERVIEW

Fazillah is a lecturer at School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She receives her Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) in Computer Network from the same university she is currently affliated, and M.Sc. of Computer Science in Multimedia from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She has presented and published papers and articles in several prestigious conferences and journals, and taught courses related to her field. Apart from these, she actively conducts research in Human – Computer Interaction (HCI) and put much interests on interaction design and technology design focusing on collaborative aspect of the interaction which is deemed imperative in decision-making process. At present, she is a PhD candidate at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and completing her PhD thesis dealing with the social-technical aspects of social messaging systems that will inform future design of connecting technology for domestic use.
