OVERVIEW

Norazura Ahmad is a lecturer in School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She enrolled her tertiary education at Universiti Putra Malaysia and graduated with BSc (Hons) in Statistics. She then completed her MSc in Decision Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia. In 2014, she completed her PhD in Operations Research from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her research interests are on computer simulation modeling and process modeling particularly in healthcare systems. She is also a professional member of the System Dynamics Society. In teaching, she has taught several courses for undergraduate and Master level. Among the subjects taught are Decision Analysis (MBA), Advanced Operational Research (Master of Decision Science), Decision Modeling, Decision Making Techniques and Elementary Statistics. Being an educator, she love to teach the students on how to make a better decision using quantitative approaches.
