OVERVIEW

Mohd haniff Jedin is an associate Professor in International Business, School of International Studies, College of Law, Government and International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He received his PhD from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. His interests are in the field of mergers and acquisitions, International business and marketing studies. He is the co-authored of several books and refereed articles. Among them was published by Oxford-Fajar (Malaysia) entitled International business: An Asian Perspective (2007). He also published in International Marketing Review (IMR), European Journal of International Management (EJIM), Contemporary Management Research (CMR), Malaysian Management Journal (MMJ), Journal of International Studies (JIS) and The South East Asian Journal of Management (SEAJM). He was a visiting lecturer in National Institute of Cambodia (NIM), Cambodia in 2002. He is a member of Academy of International Business (AIB) and also active as an Malaysian Quality Assurance (MQA) Auditor.
