OVERVIEW

Dr. Norsafinas is a senior lecturer in the Department of International Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She received her PhD in International Business from King's College London, University of London, Master of International Business from St. Louis University, Missouri, and BBA in Marketing from the University of Miami, Florida. Her current research interests center around three areas: international business strategy, international strategic alliance and inter-firm knowledge acquisition and transfer. She has conducted empirical works on the acquisition of tacit knowledge and the development of relational capital in international outsourcing relationships. Other areas of interest include international marketing, international management, international entrepreneurship, and the role of culture and business network in global business.
