OVERVIEW

When I began my university teaching career as a lecturer, I had the opportunity to be exposed to the full range of research methodology, publishing my academic paper, consultation and model of instruction, all of which, tended to reinforce and solidify my intense interest in teacher education. In the realm of education, I have developed a special interest in the field of educational management. I was given a rare opportunity to pursue my sole interest in education management during my Post-Doctoral Study in United Kingdom. My research interest is in Teacher Education, Pedagogical Strategy in teaching and learning and Education Management. Another particular interest of mine is Qualitative Research Methodology, I learned about its in many practical application, especially in relation to my research experience (FRGS, PBIT, University Grant) and doing consultation (Teach for Malaysia) that I have accomplished.
