OVERVIEW

Mumtaj Hassan is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law,College of Law, Government & International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from University Malaya and Master of Law from University of Wales, Aberystwyth, UK. Her area of interest are employment and industrial relations law, occupational safety and health law, contract law and business law. She had been in practice for six years before joining UUM as a lecturer.
