OVERVIEW
I have been an academic since 1984 at UUM. In the 40 years as an academician, I have achieved my professorship in 2011, published over 80 publications, received 35 research grants, supervised 25 PhD students, teached at graduate and undergraduate level in subjects ranging from marketing and management courses. I have also pioneered the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method at UUM. I have also been appointed as the FRGS research evaluation committe at KPT for 10 years. I have mentored many young lecturers in research and publication at SBM and University level.
