OVERVIEW
I am an international Lecturer (Senior) at the School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). My current teaching responsibilities are as Elementary Statistics (SQQS1013), Quantitative Science Techniques II (SQQP1043), and Supervising my Undergraduate Students to get their assignments and research projects done well. I did my bachelor in Applied Mathematics in Computer at the Islamic Azad University, Lahijan Branch, Iran, 1998. I completed my master’s degree in Socioeconomic Systems Engineering at Mazandaran University of Science and Technology, Babol, Iran, 2002. Immediately after the completion of my MSc programme I started working as a visiting lecturer in Islamic Azad University, Damavand branch (2003 - 2008) and Rudehen branch (2002 - 2008), Iran. In 2009, I enrolled for doctoral degree programme (Operations Research) at the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). The title of my doctoral thesis is “Improvement of Discrimination Power and Weight Dispersion in Multi-Criteria Data Envelopment Analysis”. After completing my Ph.D. programme I joined Sabzevar University of New Technology (SUNT) in Sabzevar, Iran and started working as a visiting senior lecturer in department of industrial engineering in 2015. While I was employed by the SUNT, I joined Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang, Malaysia as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in School of Mathematical Sciences, USM for a period of one year (2016 - 2017). After one year I still continued working as a senior lecturer at the SUNT until 2019. My research interests are as Operations Research (OR), Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), Decision Analytics, Performance Evaluation, and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).
