Salam, I am Siti Zakiah Abu Bakar. I am a lecturer from STML. I received my PhD majoring in Operations Management from Southern Illinois University (SIU) in 2017. Prior to joining UUM, I was working in the industry for 16 years. Although I do not have too many years in teaching, the experiences I had in the industry is what I embedded during my lectures. I enjoyed teaching and I was also given the opportunity to teach in the United states during my PhD years. Through my teachings, I hope that I could help students to excel not only academically but also to help them prepare for their life in the future.
