OVERVIEW
Dr Nazahah Abd Rahim is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), United Kingdom. She is currently a Resident Faculty at Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB)UUM. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia and a Master Degree, MBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Dr Nazahah’s primary teaching interests are leadership and CSR. She received her PhD in 2016 from the University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. Her cross-disciplinary doctoral study examined the influence of ethical leadership behaviors, leadership styles and leader roles in online Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures. She has published book chapters and academic research papers around the topics of CSR, non-financial reporting and leadership. Her research interests are non-financial reporting and disclosure, in particular, she is interested in investor relations, corporate governance and human related antecedents. She has 10 years’ experience in the education industry where she has previously worked as a teacher as well as a lecturer at public and private educational institutions in Malaysia.
