OVERVIEW
'Ain Husna Mohd Arshad is a senior lecturer at the School of Law, Universiti Utara Malaysia and also a Certified Mediator. She graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) and Master of Comparative Laws from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) before pursuing her PhD in Law in IIUM. Additionally, she holds Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Learning and Teaching (PGDHELT) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Her areas of expertise are family law and succession, family justice system and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Her research areas and publications include family law and family justice system, Islamic banking, dispute resolutions, as well as teaching and learning in higher educational institutions.
