OVERVIEW
Nursafwah Tugiman is a senior lecturer at Communication Department, School of Multimedia Technology and Communication, UUM. She is a PhD graduate from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. Specifically, she obtained her PhD degree in a marketing program at the UNSW Business School. Before that, she received her Bachelor degree (Human Development and Management) and Master degree (Corporate Communication) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia. Her research interests are marketing communication, consumer behaviour and prosocial/pro-environmental behaviour. She received research grants from Bizlab HDR Small Project Grant, UNSW Business School for a total AUD 9,900. Currently, she's one of the members for an FRGS grant to research on green city identity for a total MYR 87,680. She's also one of the winners for the 3MT UNSW Business School and represents the school at the final 3MT in 2019. She published in Marketing Letters and proceedings in Australian & New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC).
