I obtained a bachelor's degree in Multimedia from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2014 and a Master's in Creative Industries with a major in Interactive and Visual Design from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, in 2017. I earned a PhD in Creative Multimedia Industry Management from UUM in 2023. My research interests include educational technology and instructional design, particularly in video-based learning and edutainment. Currently, I am employed as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Creative Industry Management and Performing Arts (SCIMPA), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), located in Sintok, Kedah. Additionally, I hold the position of Director at SCoE, Institute of Creative Industry Management and Sustainable Culture (ICIMSC).
