Dr. Rosfaraliza Azura is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Government (SOG) at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She received her bachelor's degree in Development Management from UUM. She continued her education by obtaining a Master of Public Management and a Ph.D. in Development Planning and Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her doctoral thesis, entitled "Keupayaan komuniti Orang Asli dalam program pembangunan sosioekonomi: Kajian kes di tiga Rancangan Pengumpulan Semula (RPS) di Negeri Perak," explored the ability of the Orang Asli community to participate in socio-economic development programs, specifically in housing, entrepreneurship, and social aspects. Dr. Azura's research interests mainly focus on community development (particularly among Indigenous people), entrepreneurship, economic development, sociology, and housing research. Also, have a certificate to train the trainer from HRDF.
