Dr. Arfan Shahzad holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (BCS) from AIOU University in Pakistan, a Master of Science (Information Technology) Degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia; and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from University Utara Malaysia. Dr. Arfan is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) in the UK and teaching subjects majored in Management including E-Business, Management Information systems, Strategic Management quantitative method, advance quantitative research, and data analysis to MBA/MSC/DBA/Ph.D. I have successfully supervised TWELVE (12) Ph.D., THREE (3) DBA students, and master’s/MBA students. Currently, I am supervising Ph.D./DBA student in Business Management and Information System. I have published more than 60 plus research papers in international peer-reviewed and indexed journals of Scopus and ISI. I have served on editorial boards of several international journals. I have also conducted training on data analysis using Smartpls 3.0 and SPSS in renowned academic institutions including universities in Malaysia, Thailand, and Pakistan for postgraduate students/Faculty. Before joining academia, I was Research Follow (Chief Technology Officer) in Uniutama Solution, formerly known as (R & D SerindIT.com), Malaysia. There, I have handled projects in ICT infrastructure during 2006-2013 of value USD 1 million per year. I continued to work with an erstwhile company as a consultant for ICT infrastructure from 2013 to 2014.
